In a vibrant and diverse community facing numerous challenges, iCode Academy Inc. emerged as a beacon of hope and support. Our non-profit initiatives are dedicated to making a positive difference across a wide spectrum of community issues, impacting individuals from all walks of life with unwavering commitment. iCode Academy Inc. acknowledged the prevalent issue of hunger in our community. We regularly organized “Feed the Hungry” and “Clothing Drives” projects to tackle this challenge, providing nutritious meals to needy people and ensuring individuals had clothing.
We organized technology giveaways, providing students with laptops, tablets, and other devices, bridging the digital divide. This equipped them with the necessary tools for success in the digital age. Through educational programs and workshops, we fostered understanding, celebrated differences, and worked towards building a more inclusive society. We provided scholarships to deserving students, removing financial barriers to their pursuit of knowledge and personal growth. Additionally, we conduct workshops on resume building, interview techniques, and job readiness to equip individuals with the skills required to thrive in the competitive job market
As an approved training provider for the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) program, we offer individuals a fresh start by providing valuable skills through our courses. Through federal funding support, our partnership with the WIOA program expands our reach, breaking down barriers and empowering individuals with new opportunities
iCode Academy Inc.’s efforts were recognized and honored with prestigious awards—notable organizations like “Who’s Who” acknowledged our commitment to community service. Our impact extends beyond education and training. Through our for-profit sister company, iCode Healthcare Solutions, LLC, we ensure our students are trained, certified, and prepared for employment. We offer training in the rapidly growing healthcare industry, providing remote or work-from-home positions with a yearly starting salary of $65,000. We are proud to report a remarkable 98% course completion rate, a 95% exam pass rate, and a 90% job placement rate, reflecting our programs’ ongoing success and effectiveness.
iCode Academy Inc. is driven by the compassionate and knowledgeable husband-and-wife team of Dary Pickett (“Mr. iCode”) and Jasmine Pickett (“The Medical Coding Queen”). Their expertise and passion continue to forge valuable partnerships and utilize abundant resources to ensure the success of our initiatives. We have an educational partnership with the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), a global credentialing agency. This partnership enhances our curriculum, providing industry-recognized certifications and equipping students with the necessary skills for success in their chosen fields. Additionally, we serve as distributors for the ACP program, continuously expanding our offerings to provide comprehensive resources aligned with our empowerment and community upliftment mission.
